Store self-payment or self-checkout is a new generation of store cash desks that can be used in almost all retail stores, especially stores that manage a large volume of orders daily. The design of this system is such that customers scan the barcode of the products they intend to buy with a barcode reader without the need of a cashier. Then, through the screen, they can see the price of each product and the final amount of their purchase, and if approved, they can settle the account through the card reader connected to the system and leave the store. In-store self-checkout is a modern solution to improve the shopping experience of customers and break the payment queue in large hypermarkets.
